We had a recurring drain blockage problem with roots from a 100 year old heritage tree which was situated directly above our sewer pipe. Fluid H2O used the CCTV to clearly identify what rectification work was required, which was clearly explained and quoted. The job was a combination of pipe replacement and relining (under the tree). Matt & the team were prompt, reliable and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. We will not need to call a plumber again for blocked drains while we live in this house!!

My husband and I renovated our home in 2008, including the upgrade of 3 bathrooms. Whilst we were basically happy with our builders, the plumber they engaged was hopeless to the extent that practically every item on which he worked during the renovation had to be redone.  This is how we met Matt.  Matt is a complete professional and has come into our live and fixed up all of the issues which we had suffered for months, not knowing who to call. When I had a damp problem in several rooms of my terrace house, I turned to Matt who sourced the problem to leaking rainwater pipes under the old concrete side path.

Repairing these went so well, that I then sought his help to solve another problem: how to landscape the small front garden of my terrace house built on the slope of Bondi sand dunes, fitting in an underground rainwater tank to run the irrigation system for both front and back gardens.  Matt tackled this with much ingenuity and competence: he managed the entire project, and his team tackled every obstacle that the site offered.     Great work, Matt!  And thank you.
